• We offer a full refund on any product purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.

• Once we receive your request, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Returns:

• We accept returns on any product purchased within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at blendsnaturalskincare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will process the return within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at blendsnaturalskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage or defect and your order number.
• We will either send you a replacement product or process a refund at no cost to you.
