½ Gallon Papaya Toner

Description

This very gentle alcohol-free toner maintains the skin’s natural pH balance. Alum, witch hazel and papaya extract nourishes and maintain the skin natural moisture balance, while gently removing residue of make-up and dirt.

Directions: Apply small amount to cotton and wipe face until cotton is clean. Then apply mask or moisturizer.
